Mountain View Estates Mobile Home Park, located on the east end of the Coachella Valley, is amongst the most beautiful mobile home parks in the desert. This facility, constructed by Desert Empire Homes in conjunction with local government offices, was built in response to a humanitarian crisis of poverty-stricken families living in the worst conditions in a first world country. In order to aid the dire situation, a public/private partnership was established.
Now, this mobile home park is referred to as “the best thing we have ever done” by nearly a dozen public agencies. Currently, this immaculate mobile home park is home to nearly 180 families, and there are plans to expand the area to accommodate another 225 homes.
This mobile home park boasts a laundry room, a computer lab, a public multipurpose room, 24-hour security, a soccer field, basketball court, volleyball court, and a water feature for the kids to play in during the hot summer months.
At Desert Empire Homes, our team is proud of what we have accomplished through our partnership with local agencies, and we hope to continue serving the lower Coachella Valley alongside them for years to come.
